Thanks, I made a video that explains all the gear I used to film that trip. Here is the link th-cam.com/video/cQoarQLXGlI/w-d-xo.html I have a newer Sea Base video that you might enjoy. It was the Keys adventure trek. I didn't do a tech video for that one but I used a Gopro 7 and 10 black. In both I used a selfie type stick that is a must. Let me know if you need any more info and thanks for watching.
Forgot to mention something that I use now that I didn't have in that 1st Sea Base vid, a pink filter that covers the lens when you are snorkeling will correct the color loss down to about 10 ft. That will give you better color. I used it in the second Sea Base vid and it made a difference.
@@OutsideDog Thanks very much! I’m a hobbyist photographer and haven’t really done videos . Is it advisable to bring my canon camera on the boat , like maybe for sunsets ?
@@rachelleleonardo5066 Absolutely, that would be great for sunsets, sunrises and all the silly stuff the crew will do. I would say take as many pics as possible and years from now the Scouts will cherish each of them. Should have no problem keeping it dry.
Beautiful video
I’m curious as to what camera you used . Thanks

It’s not really waterproof but thinking to use it while on the boat . What is your opinion on this ?
