Excellent point on the pen over mouse usage. Thanks for the video.
At what angle you use for this monitor? I also have it as well, put it at a 45 degree angle but I will suffer image distortion since the bottom of the screen is closer to my eyes. Then if I set it at a almost 90 degree angle, no image distortion but my arm will have no where to rest while drawing. Hope can hear some of your opinions.
I don't know the exact angle but I have mine more upright than 45 degrees. I'm using it as a 2nd monitor as well as a graphics tablet so I want to be able to see it withou leaning over
Can a Mouse be used in combination with the pen on a Wacom Cintiq 22 drawing tablet
Yes, you can. You obviously won't get the pressure sensitivity controls with a mouses but the cintiq can function just like a 2nd monitor really. I happen to use 2 different wacoms plugged into the same PC most of the time and occassionally even a mouse plugged in too!
are you still using the Cintiq 22 ? if so how have you liked it over time? I am trying to decide between this one or the cintiq 24 pro. but have seen the 24 pro seem to have issues related to the 4k display. Is it good with the 1080 HD vs having say the 4k of the pro? do you see any pixilation and find it distracting?
I don't notice pixelation, no. To be honest I use it as a monitor mainly but with occasional interactivity as and when I need to do something creative on it. I actually think it's still a great piece of kit. Things don't tend to go wrong with them. The adjustable stand is really great too. No complaints! :)

I actually just ordered the cintiq pro 24. I got it for $500 more than was going to pay for the Cintiq 22. So hopefully I made the right choice. Lol
how much ram do you think I need to run it, I have one , bought like 4 days ago and I found it kind of laggy, specially when it comes to use 600 dpi images in photoshop and uses the brushes at higher sizes.
I would recommend 16Gb personally if you're working on large files. RAM's cheap at the moment so I've 32Gb in my system
@@ArtbooksReviewed Thanks man, actually I do have 16gb on my system, so the 32 and up would be better. I have also two more monitors along with the wacom cintiq 22

The dial seems kinda stuttery, but the screen is looking pretty great! Wow :D

How does the color and brightness of the screen compare to. the computer its hooked up? I've thought of this model, but I have a 5k 27" IMAC.
To be honest I don't think it's an issue. I never find myself thinking 'oh this seems a bit dull'. I'm too busy just really enjoying using it so the time 🙂
