Shohei was shinning like a baseball god since the day he played for Japan WBC team from the exhibition game till Shohei closed the game and earned his two MVPs in WBC and led Japan winning the championship 🏆 all the way! Yet, after yesterday's opening Angels game, Shohei looked gloomy and had dark shadows under his big eyes even though he still spoke with the clam and polite manner as he always has to the English and Japanese media. Shohei's brightness was immediately robbed by the Angels' team 😢! Trout said he would do his best to keep Shohei in Angels but his batting ave. yesterday was 0.00 as well as Rendon. I'm so sick of the Angels..every year is the same narrative and I don't wanna see another Trout caliber player wasted. One game only but it felt so familiar and we all know where this is going....

That is pouring salt in the wound Rich, your not helping the situation for a great Franchise like the Angels. We need to trade the owner and all the administrative staff to see if we can make the playoffs like we used to do in a regular bases.

The problem with your comment that the commissioner needs to step in and force the Angels to trade Ohtani & Trout is - who are the Angels going to get as compensation for equal value. Good luck with that.

Rich is right; for the good of baseball, the commissioner has to step in and force the Angels to trade away their best players. The fans want this, and the players themself (probably lol) want this.

Shohei is the reason why the Angels won’t make it to the World Series Finals. If he’s not committed enough to pitch the whole game and hit at least two homer’s every game he’s not doing what the Angels need to get them there. 😂😂
