I dont know about this one, but for the organ in notre dame of Lausanne in Switzerland (which is the most expensive in the world) the keyboard is linked to the organ with optical cable, so pretty much zero latency
Edit: not zero latency, as you'll always have to deal with the valves sending wind to the pipes, which takes some time. But the second keyboard of the organ is about 60 meters away from the main pipes, and it would be harder to play without the optical cable.

My favorite thing about pipe organs of this scale is that, you aren't playing a simple organ, you are playing an instrument that's larger than most people's houses! Pipe organs sound huge because the chamber they are in is part of the instrument too. You are surrounded by its sound and it wouldn't sound the same if it was out in the open. Such a cool instrument and has a sound like no other!

Then came the realization that someone had to conceive of such skill in order to CREATE such an instrument and know that it could actually be played by incredibly talented human beings. 🤯 Truly remarkable.

@@BlueJMA well he does TECHNICALLY have 2 feet, one is just more in the shape of a crab leg, so unless he needs to move his toes or something he should play this with ease
Unless his seating posture makes him press his "foot" down in a awkward position, but seeing as he masters the organ, he should be ok with it

      In 1995, I met a fantastic, drop-dead gorgeous
man! He was the "light at the end of the tunnel"
for women. He worked in a public capacity, and
nearly every female he met began to fall in love
with him!!! But now, I have a whole new level of
respect for him! If he had a Master's degree in
Organ, then he must be as gifted in music as he
was in stunning looks and appearance. I just had no idea!
