Well, it depends on what band you are aiming for! You can try the 70/30 structure -
Explain 2 reasons why you agree and 1 reason why you disagree (or vice-versa).
Introduction: introduce the topic and respond to the question (give opinion)
Paragraph 1: first reason why you agree.
Paragraph 2: second reason why you agree*.
Paragraph 3: a reason why some people disagree.
Conclusion: restate your opinion
*You can also put both reasons why you agree in the same paragraph. There is a model essay using this structure below.

The score you get will depend on the overall language used - the range and accuracy of grammar & vocabulary as well as the structure/coherence... and whether you have answered the question fully.
