Be glorified to u sir for your covering this topic. Let me explain what u have explained.
Opinion essays contains such topics like agree, or disagree, how far do u agree, to what extent moreover, do u believe this is a positive development, it means we have to display our opinion these kinda statement are given in opinion essays.
So then let me discuss how to cover througly topic.
First introduction Ist sentence about general statement about the topic 2nd sentence paraphrasing of the topic
3rd thesis statement in this we are gonna tell that we assent or disagree, briefly which side of essay is be gonna discuss.
2nd paragraph means Ist body-paragraph In which we are to justify our claim within 3 sentences (can be compound, simple, complex, gerund can as well)
Then give example with formal language(plural)
Conclude, like hence, therefore words are to be used to conclude example.
2ndbody-paragraph 2nd ur claim with the same template.
3rd contrast paragraph. Means if u agree, then u have to discuss the people who disagree.
Last, conclusion paragraph restate ur topic or opinion, then with opinion u have to write because then rewrite the opinions of first two paragraphs
Close ur essay.
Keeping in mind
Task response like u cover over-all topic
Coherence, cohesion

In discuss both views questions and give your opinion, do you write on both views(for instance body paragraph 1 talks about the opinion you do not agree with & body paragraph 2 talks about the opinion you agree with) or you just give your opinion and then state your points in the two paragraphs and the contrast paragraph talks about the other opinion?
