    Ingredients:
    - 1 meat on the bone (beef, pork or other)
    - 5 liters of water
    - 300g carrots, sliced
    - 1 onion, finely chopped
    - 1 kg potatoes, cubed

    - Garlic
    - Fine vermicelli according to your taste
