- Today we detail the whole story on how we found our dream home next to Disney World. From starting out thinking we were going to build a new home in Horizon West to making an offer on one that was rejected to finally getting the perfect home for us in Windermere, this is everything that happened over the past six months. We are moving to Orlando!

Florida’s hurricane or rain storms are nothing to we go through like snow storms and ice storms here in Pennsylvania.looking forward to have some beautiful and hot weather coming up in June.for Disney and our first time in universal.

Sort of in a similar situation, we are tired of the lifestyle of Seattle, we put in an offer on 5 acres in the Happy Trails community next to Disney World and we close on Tuesday. So exciting! Obviously we will be building a new construction custom home. Plan on moving in a year as well.

What is the town/city life like in Horizon West? We are looking into moving to Florida in the future, but would love the more "small town" vibe (not the Orlando night life). I've read that Clermont and Winter Garden have the small town charm, but its hard to know (having never been there) what the other surrounding cities of DW (Horizon West, Davenport, Four Corners etc) are like?
Great question, we are looking forward to exploring these areas more after we move permanently and will make videos about them.

Yes, we wouldn’t do that. Should’ve clarified - contract not contingent on the sale of another home.
Wow, not allowing a third party inspector; yep; that's a red flag. The best thing is your taking your time. It's a big decision.
