Also, after August when the new laws kick in your commissions are going to tank anyways. Real estate agents will become obsolete. In my eyes, they’ve been obsolete for years now. There is nothing a real estate agent can do for a knowledgeable buyer or seller. All the information needed is at our fingertips nowadays.
