I have been teaching my adult daughter to do it by hand, now i have arthritis and decided to invest in a 2.1 litre food processer, it works smashing. Nice to see you get your mojo back with this.
Pie crust scares me to death but your video has given me confidence! I’ll try this tomorrow. Do you guys ever use a crockpot very often? If you do could you show me your favorite recipe for one? Also, this could be inappropriate but my mother’s best friend had a ceramic chicken on her counter and I look for that chicken on your counter every video and I call it Sabine. Lol, I hope you don’t mind, it brings back so many wonderful memories for me. Nothing like a French/Cajun chicken in the kitchen! Thank you both for the wonderful recipes.
Hey Todd, Yes I use a slow cooker often but we only have I think one or two vids using one. We will add a few more over the coming weeks. I went trough a ceramic chicken phase and Sabine (Great name) and the rooster that is on the bay window have become fixtures in my kitchen.

Don't use crisco. It was invented in Germany to lubricate machines. Best crust and healthier 50/50 lard and butter. Yum.
