    Can I use almond flour in place of those two flours used?

    • @FitMamaRealFood
      @FitMamaRealFood  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Leslie! I haven't tested it, but I think it would work okay. You may need to add an egg to help give it a little structure. Check out this almond flour banana muffin recipe for help with it too! www.fitmamarealfood.com/paleo-banana-nut-muffins/

    • @FitMamaRealFood
      @FitMamaRealFood  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The frosting should last 4-5 days. Just give it a quick whisk before using after sitting in the fridge!

    • @FitMamaRealFood
      @FitMamaRealFood  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can try! It hasn't been tested, but if you baked it on a large pan so it wasn't super thick, I think it would work with an increased bake time.

  • @patraychi

    Isn't the 2nd banana has gone bad at 1:02? It has parts in black... And it's not removed 😨

    • @Diana-yn6yj
      @Diana-yn6yj 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Black part in banana doesn’t mean it’s bad silly goose. It’s just very ripened and sweet! (Better for your baking!)

    Hi! So I couldn’t find the 4.5 inch tart pans in the short amount of time I have; the closest thing I found to it was 6inch round pans!
    Is there any baking adjustments you recommended for that? Or will the 1.5 inch extra diameter not make a difference?🤔

    • @FitMamaRealFood
      @FitMamaRealFood  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Diana! Yes, you can definitely use those! I'd use 3 of them, make sure to line the bottoms with parchment paper and increase the bake time by 10-15 minutes. Just check with a toothpick for doneness since they'll be thicker :). If you use 2, they'll take a bit longer than than.

      Hi Asuka. If your little one is eating these ingredients at 6 months, it's up to you! Once my kids were able to chew and swallow well and they'd be exposed to lots of ingredients, I would give this to them. It was probably closer to 9-10 months.

      Is the cake consistency supposed to be a bit mushy because of the bananas? Or is mine just probably not cooked through? Toothpick came out clean, but when i cut the height of cake in half it was a bit sticky.
