Wonderful.I am 55 yrs old and loved your exercises because they are simple and can be done from home.I think all mothers do not wear the right footwear.I started wearing sport shoes as advised by my podaitrist.The footwear we generally buy is flimsy.

.but plz tell mire as senior citizens get arthritis in knees and generally doctors ask to reduce their weight.

But sadly my knees are shot ,and i have to nurse them along...
