Maybe the Boil 2 min instruction at timeline 4.34 is typo. Since the phase in video that followed the gravy level dropped significantly. Did you remove some gravy somewhere else?

Hi, how do you like cooking in the Le Creuset Dutch oven ? Is it better than cooking in a stainless steel cookware? I purchased a 3.5 qt Braiser and I’m wondering if I should have purchased the dutch oven instead.
