Yugioh power creep is insane compared to MTG though. Every new set in Yugioh makes the old sets obsolete and they dont even update the ban list until after at least 1 set so you can use all the newest most OP cards. MTG commander is far better and friendlier to your wallet comparatively. Coming from someone who played Yugioh for 12 years and then made the switch to MTG.
Congrats, I pulled a fallout serialized a couple of months ago out of a random pack i bought at the card shop. The guys who bought 2 or 3 boxes couldn't believe I bought one pack and pulled it I traded it to one of them to kick start my collection 500 dollars worth of cards it was awesome.
imo getting the amount of cards you got for one card is pretty worth it especially if your collection is small, but if that serialized card was mega big I hope you're okay bud😂

I pulled a nethergoyf from my box and a few of the eldrazi, not the best pulls but I’ll live vicariously through Charlie’s pulls. Kinda disappointed by a lack of any commanders, but that nethergoyf is very playable in pretty much any deck with black
its unfort that the card ultimately isnt worth jack since its a nothing card, literally nothing about it outside of it being limited print is special lmfao. like to put it into perspective this card is a joke trash token fodder card in comparison to literally any yugioh tournament card, ya know? cards that are actually special or by god the T.BLS. but i noticed that with magic, they tend to milk the community by making fake limited prints, they artificially manipulate it by creating these for no reason at all other than to milk people. like theyre actually worse than pokemon in this regard and its sickening and the sole reason why i never cared about magic. just look at the ring card..... what a joke that thing is lmfao, literally worthless but posty spent a few millie on it because he believed it to be something its not because it was just a plant created by the company to milk your wallets.....

The double sided cards are confusing to me. Like, are they not basically marked by having them in your deck, or are tou just expected to pick a side and use sleeves? And if you didnt sleeve it you't just be showing your opponents your card
You sleeve them for the most part. There are tokens that represent double-sided cards that you can put in your deck, and set the real card to the side, but most ReL events will require you to sleeve your deck to prevent card marking.
