Circuit 1 *1-3 Sets
- Standing Hip Rotations (5 Reps Each)
- T Spine Rotations (5 Reps Each)
- Shoulder Flow (5 Reps)
Circuit 2 *1-3 Sets
- Knee to Wall for Ankles (10 Reps Each)
- Lateral Lunges (10 Reps Each)
Floor
Circuit 3 *1-3 Sets
- 2 Sec Hold Prone Retraction (10 Reps)
- 2 Sec Hold Prone single Leg Hip Extension (10 Reps Each)
