It depends on the size of meatpies you are making...500g should give for 10pieces of big size meatpies

4cups of flour is 500g while 8cups will be 1kg
For margarine they usually write the measurement on the pack,you can just use your eyes to scale it

I can't really give you how much you should sell your product... please do your perfect costing before selling because where we source for our ingredients is different and we are not also in the same location
