    Hi, is this just as effective as a stark master? My local gym is closed for renovations and was the only place I could use a full size stair master at. Would this suffice and work the same?

      It works similar, but it's not going to fully replace a real size stair master. Although, it'll get you by and give you quite the workout still!

    What’s the difference between the twisted stepper and the regular stepper? Do you get a better workout or is the step more natural with the twisted stepper??

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The twisting action of a “Twist-N-Stepper” engages the muscles of the hips at a different angle to add a unique feel and burn to your stepping workouts. It also encourages rotation of the hips and torso to increase engagement of the core muscles. Non-twisting steppers keep the ankle, knees, and hips in line for a more natural stepping motion. Each one will provide a great workout. Hope this helps!

    Can you lose weight with this work out?
    And how many calories you can burn 😁?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Since everyone’s metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real-time calorie tracking, you could use an activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.
