    Hi. I have/use the Picotoner with the Jane Mann Amna attachment to massage the face(using program 1 at a very high current of 75-90 microamps..this high for no good reason). I recently purchased gua sha stones and really like using them(fast and simple). I was wondering your thoughts on any significant difference between your metal gua sha with microcurrent technique that you demonstrate here versus using the Picotoner with the Jane Mann Amna attachment(following her face massage tips)? Basically are gua sha and Jane Mann Amna similarly effective for lymphatic drainage? Thanks. Hi Penny, I only have a concern about Beej if you use it together with the gloves (microcurrency) and botox.
    If you have undergone a botox treatment, this does not seem to me to be a good technique. Because botox relaxes the muscles and you solve this effect with microcurrency. Only Beej (with botox ) seems to me a better choice.

      Actually microcurrent is a great compliment to Botox. The current keeps the muscle healthy while it’s immobile.

      A Wednesday video and it’s freaking amazing! So excited to try this..I’ve been moving and been with only microcurrent, micro needling, and gua sha for about a month. I have everything for this but only a single stainless tool…can’t wait to try it out! Feeling so jazzed about this routine! ⚡️💦🌈

    dont want to rain on enthusiasts parade but doesn't an electric current diminish intensity with the area that has to cover?

      @PENNSMITHSKINCARE  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes!
      It does 😊
      Between the gloves and the gua sha tools the current is dispersed. I put the device at 350 (on the higher end) and got a gentle treatment-which is perfect for gua sha

      @@PENNSMITHSKINCARE be sure that the gloves are completely wet, also try it with the Pico Toner, I get a whole lot of current ☺ and my favorite way is to use them with conductive pads, did you try that Penn?😘💕

    Is this enough by itself? Say 1 to 2 times a week if you are 40 plus? And have kids and a life to lead? 🤣 say you never did microneedling and only this.. would love your views. Thanks much
