    Any feedback about the Sierra Woods neighborhood? Thank you!

    • @livinginsacramentoca
      @livinginsacramentoca  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sierra Woods stands as a remarkably secure neighborhood, boasting homes constructed in the 1970s. This locale holds immense appeal due to its proximity to all amenities and a competitive price point for Folsom, CA, at approximately $600,000. Residents relish the convenience of swift access to shopping centers, schools, and numerous parks, all within close reach. It's worth noting both the advantageous and less favorable aspects; situated just off E Bidwell St, it ensures rapid connectivity to HWY 50, a blessing for commuters, granted that traffic doesn't intervene.
      Furthermore, this community warmly embraces our four-legged friends, making it a haven for dog enthusiasts. Yet, it's important to acknowledge that, depending on your neighbors' dogs, some ambient noise might find its way into your surroundings. Although most individuals don't find this bothersome, a few clients have brought up the subject of noise during home viewings in the area.😁

    Any thoughts on white rock springs ranch

      I believe that once the community finishes developing the surrounding areas, the neighborhood will become great. It might take some time, but eventually, you can expect a wide range of amenities to be available in the area. In addition, if you need any assistance with representation in a transaction, please let me know. I would be more than happy to help wherever I can.

      Can you tell me the demographics of the area and if they will build any nearby parks in the community?

      They do have a few different parks planed in the area. Once the community I believe it will be a very nice area

    Any thoughts of custom homes in Los Cerros?

    • @livinginsacramentoca
      @livinginsacramentoca  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Living in Los Cerros is like living in a charming suburban oasis. The community vibe is strong, and most of the folks there are proud homeowners, which really adds to that sense of togetherness.There's a ton of restaurants and coffee shops to explore. And if you're into parks and nature, it's a great place.The residents are a mix of families and young professionals. The schools are top-notch. Also I love the homes there, it seems like each one has its own unique style and charm. It's a refreshing departure from some of the newer neighborhoods where everything looks the same.

    Can't believe American River Canyon isn't on your list. Close to downtown Folsom but can avoid the traffic if you want to by shopping in Orangevale. Close access to BMB and bike trails. It's an established neighborhood with a ton of trees with a mix of young and retired couples and families.
