@gloriarichardson8266 in the Sacramento area real estate agents aren't involved in rental transactions. However, depending on area you are looking to relocate to, we often times have suggestions on where to rent, since some of our clients utilize temporary housing while their new homes are built or while they are transitioning to the area. So we can let you know places our clients have liked ;)
I’m in town shopping the area. I have a contract in my inbox for a Tri Pointe home in Folsom Ranch. I may head back out tomorrow to check out some other builders. Looking for a 4bd and don’t want to be near a highway.
@512damon you should give us a ring before you go back out. You are missing out on agent representation if you don't take an agent with you on first visit (builder rules & they pay us to represent you). We could save you a lot of time by doing the leg work for you & guiding you to the best decision for you and your family, and negotiating you the best deal. There are a lot of incentives out there right now to be negotiated & we know these builder well. Feel free to reach out tomorrow 916-800-4022 ;)
If we head out tomorrow (it will be up to my wife, will ask her when she wakes up in the morning) - I will contact you for sure. Budget is $750k-$850k and seeking a new build 4bd SFH with a move-in of Nov/Dec.
@Yungmills you will find Folsom is made up of people working mostly white collar jobs, with healthcare & tech being big verticals we see people in. This is a helpful data source that breaks out jobs/industries for the area. We also find in recent years that people from the Bay Area are moving here & being able to keep their high paying Bay Area job while working remotely from here. So it's not always a local job supporting the affordability of the housing. datausa.io/profile/geo/folsom-ca#occupations
