A very accurate summary.
All of it makes me want to move there 😊!!
They both nice, diferent, along with el dorado hills,if you live on any of this cities you live happy, lots of things to see ,go or do ,you are bless ,,,
thank you for your comment
No mention of the naturally occurring asbestos???
I do mention it in other videos
How are the schools and performing arts programs?
You can see school rating here at GreatSchools.org . There are a lot of 10 out of 10 schools in the area. For performing arts I don't belive there is much in Orangevale you would have to go down to Sacrmanto to find some goods programs but the good thing is Sac is not to far.
How about the weather? Good to keep out the polluting big businesses.
I like the trail-hiking info.
Thanks for the hiking info.
thanks for the comments
Not any visuals of Auburn.
Ill get more on the next video
You need more visuals of Auburn!
Hiking and climate are the top reasons to move to Auburn. Overdevelopment is a problem in many formerly echo-places.
You guys are some straight weiners
I lived in Loomis from 1958 to 1969. I attended Placer Elem. School which was a K-8 school. It was a wonderful place to live with ponds we fished in a lot of orchards. We had no gym and played our basketball games at Sierra College and Little League in Rocklin. Our home was in Golden Hills Estates off the Auburn Folsom Rd. on Bonanza Way. Directly across the Auburn Folsom Rd. was a hill covered in trees. There was a pioneer burial site on the hill. It appears homes have been build right over that site. There was a small general store named The Log Cabin Store on the corner of Auburn Folsom Rd. and Horseshoe Bar Rd. Kids in the area enjoyed riding bikes there and eating ice cream bars in their outside garden area. Further down Horseshoe Bar Rd. you would hit Folsom Lake. It was a short bike ride and we had so much fun at the lake. There was also a quarry just off the road where we played and swam. The town of Loomis was very small back then and I can't believe how much it has grown. I have great memories for the area.
Thanks for the comment. We love the #Loomis area
What general area of sac?
this was north SAc. but its already sold
I grew up here, my dad and my grandpa lived here. I got to say tho, since 2007 graduation from del oro, the town has grown immeasurably, towns in threat of becoming a city.
still has a long way to go before we even get close to becoming a city
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for...
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
@@Elliot-Ivan That's actually quite impressive, I could use some Info on your FA, I am looking to make a change on my finances this year as well
@@YinusaSaheed My advisor is VICTORIA CARMEN SANTAELLA;
You can look her up online
@@Elliot-Ivan The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
Wondering about medical clinics. Specifically Kaiser. How close.
You have a few choices for Kaiser. There is a small clinic in Lincoln and the Hospital is in Roseville so would take you about 15 to 20 minutes to get there
Folsom/el dorado hills is great
Thanks for you input
Sac has all the headaches of a big city with few of the benefits. Largest metro without a Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 company.
Thanks for sharing your perspective! Sacramento does have its challenges, but it's also a city with a lot to offer. It has a unique blend of culture, history, and community that sets it apart. While it might not have the same number of Fortune 500 companies, it's a place where many people find a great quality of life and a strong sense of community. Plus, Sacramento’s charm and potential are definitely worth exploring!
What is the best place to retire to im.from San fran is it roseville, folsom,or.elk grove
I.also need better weather in summer and winter. A plus is chinese restaurant too.
Roseville or Lincoln are the top two in the area.
@@wilsonlu2253roseville has a lot of restaurants
@wilsonlu2253 if you like the temperate/cool weather of Frisco, you won't like the extremes of the valley.
So what is 123 Roseville Elk grove Folsom I think the weather is about same regardless where. How about entertainment and restaurant. I be moving up there when I retire. I should in my mid 50 or late 50. What yall think. Thanks for the info
Interest rates holding steady at high 6s.
We are in the 5's today!
This video is a year old. Do these houses still sell for about the same amount?
Yes! there are still homes in the area for $500k
Gotta throw Lincoln into the mix! 🔥🙌🏼✊🏼
Lincoln is difinitely in the top 5 areas
So, there was this guy who pretended to be homeless, when he is a real drug dealer or drug addict that wanted a ride one time from me, and his hideout is off of San Juan avenue at a 7-eleven area at night. Share this!
Oh wow, what a gripping story! Totally relevant to the video we're watching here. I’m sure everyone’s dying to know about your local drama. But hey, let’s keep the spam and unrelated tales away from the comments section, shall we?
So, there are rappers out their that have connections with real drug dealers in real life, you don’t know about! Share this!
Oh, incredible insight! Rappers with drug dealer connections? Absolutely earth-shattering! 🙄 I’m sure everyone’s thrilled to read this irrelevant spam in the comments. Let’s stick to the video topic, shall we?
The corporation in Folsom is Intel, not HPE (which is in Roseville). Unique to Folsom is also a Jr College with a performing arts center that may host outside shows/events.
Thank you so much for assisting me with the mix-up!
Wonderful video! Good explanation for each place. Thank you.
Thank you so much! I’m thrilled you enjoyed the video and found the explanations helpful. Your feedback means a lot-if you have any more places you’re curious about, just let me know!
I've been an Antelope resident since 05. I rented an apartment, then bought my house in 09. Its okay.
It sounds like you’ve seen Antelope grow and change over the years. Buying a house there must have been a big milestone for you. What’s been your favorite part about living in Antelope?
It's a nice community. I like the parks for walking the dog. And some of my family also lives here .
Jist a ghetto dump in the desert.
U and ur wife are Mexicans aren't yens😂?

He will tell me which area in Sacramento is best to buy a duplex?
🎉🎉🎉🎉
I love Orangevale. grew up there. riding my bike and grabbing fruit off the trees. going to Capri market. cutting through Tomich orchards and getting yelled at. going to Carnegie. going to phoenix field and hanging at the beginning of the runway. with my best friend JM. hitting the hostess bakery and grabbing chokodiles and mini donuts for a dollar. Going to Casa Roble and hanging out at Orangevale Park. Playing Hackey Sac by the bathrooms. going to Pow Wow days! where we actually learned about native american influince in our area! sell the property
"going to be also" um yeah, you didnt do college. no biggy just sayin.
I live in P’ville, (Hang Town), actually about five miles north on the other side of the American River ditch in Kelsey. You could have mentioned as you discussed the high ways us 50 and Ca hwy 49 that hwy 50 locally is a modern free way to Placerville from San Francisco,. And a major east west rte all the way to Annapolis Md. while hwy 49 is known as the golden chain highway and was the only road that connected all the ‘gold camps’ in the mother load. It runs north to south the entire length of the California Gold Country, and is a two lane road that crosses every ridge that separates all of the westerly flowing rivers and creeks that were lined elbow to elbow with men trying to strike it rich in the California gold rush. It would have made your content a little more compelling if you had emphasized the historical importance of HangTown in American history.
Thanks for the feedback. I'm getting ready to do a update and will add this in.
My name is Robert Joseph Geers. Rachel Rivera (also from Placerville(me too, yes)) brought me up here to Beaverton, Oregon in May of 1995 to live with them and transplant also. I' m still alive after multiple hits on my life. One high up on a freeway while driving, next one I dodged a bullet dropped out of the sky at 2:30 am December 12 th 2022. WinCo truck driver tried to murder me that morning. Five TVFR murdered my cat in front of me on July 19th 2022 at 9:30 pm here in Tigard, Oregon. I fear Rachel Rivera and her then boyfriend Jeremy never made it back home to Placerville. Is arah Hukabee still alive? She moved up to Portland I heard long ago. Where's my family? WinCo night time checker in Tigard confirmed my mother's dead with an evilest smile plus words out her mouth that night as I'm checking out groceries.

When will the RT Light Rail be extended to Cameron Park ?
not sure it will
I live in Serrano, our HOA is one if lowest I’ve seen! When I bought my home it was $140, now $200!
No body want a hoa life style, bad selling point. It was nice until hoa came into the picture.
Yea, some people like HOAs and other just say no,lol
You can see Folsom Lake and both the North Fork and the South Fork of the American River from Auburn, especially in the Canyon Rim and Shirland tract or even Granite Bay Vista and Vintage Oaks areas. I agree the views are way better than in El Dorado Hills because - fun fact you can see El Dorado Hills and the Sacramento Valley from Outlook Estates and the Ridgeline area near China Bar and Skyridge or from Indian Hill and Auburn-Folsom Road.
thanks for your feedback
That’s a really nice kitchen!
Love this kitchen
It’s a banger!

Auburn born and raised. Amazing area and beautiful woods. Lived over on christian valley on my family's old farm land. I remember walking over to the lake nearby and just enjoying the nature. And being able to drive just up the freewy to the mountains was bliss. I truly miss auburn and the surounding area. Whinchester, meadow Vista, Weimar and Colfax. All beautiful and amazing.
Do you have senior living facilities with independent living/assisted living?
I like watching crime stories on TH-cam, sometimes ones that mention a city or town like Placerville. That made me curious so I needed to search on TH-cam and find out where the city was.
