ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ አንድ የኬምስትሪ መምህር አሜሪካን አገር ሄዶ scientists ተብሎ እንደሚጠራ አውቃሎ (አሜሪካን አገር ሳይንሲትስ መሆን ቀላል ነው እንዴ?

Very good question, there is no hard rule on who can be called a scientist.
Scientists can be at different educational level as long as they are learning constantly and participate in developing hypothesis, doing experiments, writing grants, etc.
It is like someone can be a writer, film maker, performer or be in a particular profession at a different level.
