I'm glad you made it home safely. Man, I just renewed my internet just yesterday 😂

I have Tmobile internet as well. I have had it for several years now and love it. Almost everything in my home streams off of it. It is so easy to set up and watch from the app. Being a senior and trying to stay in a budget Tmobile is for me. I have my phones as well on the senior plan. I just pay one bill monthly for phone and internet.
    🍃❤Love from Texas❤🍃

Those 400 mbps are megabits not bytes. There 8 bits in a byte. You were getting 50 megabytes per second. That’s still pretty solid for basically cellphone internet.

T-Mobile recently started ending home internet accounts for people who are not using it for the address it was signed up for. Are you using this T-Mobile home internet and have they cut your account because you are using in other locations, or are you using some other T-Mobile internet plan

I think the new pricing may change your mind.

Wow, that is a huge price difference! In Canada we have really bad pricing for cell phones and such.

From 1-10 how would you rate this device when in use while traveling to different states?

    • @TodaysTask

      Maybe a 7.
I average pretty good speeds, but when I am in a remote area it’s none existent.

Do you have to let T-Mobile know where the Gateway is if you are not connecting?

Oh yeah I expect no WiFi in rural areas or in boonies. Thanks man!

Very informative video thank you! For my internet I use HomeFi and its worked the best. I've tried other products too but I just wasn't happy with their performance. HomeFi connects me to the nearest strongest signal and is affordable as well.

Why don't you just move the router to your house and back to the RV when you go on trips? That'll save you $50 a month

Do you use streaming services for your tv? If you do, what do you use? I live in a rural area, and tmobile does not work for us.

T mobile says they have good coverage but home internet is not available in my area, how did you get around that for the RV?

    • @TodaysTask
      @TodaysTask  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

You have to mail it to a friend in an available area and then have them send it to you.
It is a silly run around.

Tmobile “home internet” is now geolocated! I.e. it will NOT work on the road anymore as it looks around and if you are not in the registered zip code, it will not even start up. Sorry!

I have heard this, but I am sitting in my rv 3500 miles from the registered location and have 300 download speed.

It's not MBps! It's Mbps. bits per second
