Good control of such a long stick.
Saw that some time ago in the "36th chamber of Shaolin". There was an iron weight at the end of the stick and the hero San De had to strike a gong bell!😅
This only strengthens the muscles that pull the wrist in that one direction. It's not a complete forearm program.
