Bought iPhone 15 pro last year. Less than 1 year battery health dropped to 99%. It’s good that before I switch to Apple fully I see their business strategy. Consumers do not actually own Apple products fully, in the name of software upgrade and new features which doesn’t really matter on day to day operations, but only just to ensure that product depreciates and used product to loose value for second sale, even Apple doesn’t pay enough for trade ins. Replacing batteries would cost much from Apple. My iPhone 5 is unusable even though it’s in pristine condition. All apps doesn’t support I OS less than 13 . Mac is not different. The most funny thing about Apple consumers are that, all of them are money conscious, which doesn’t makes sense. You buy Apple products for cost optimisation ? 😂

Macbook pro m1 16 - 274 cycles, down to 85%. Mostly on power. (Works 5-7 hours on battery. i think chrome being the biggest drain). Charging from below 20% is very rare.
yeap
I didn't use chrome I only use firefox blue that is meant for developers and it is good.
my MacBook Pro 16 M1 Pro is at 84% after only 27 Cycles :o
How long do you have it? Do you use it connected most of the time?
@@chrisgilgen8442 24 month. Connected all the time, but empty it ones a month like internet suggested
Why does the cycle count keep increasing?
M2 air 99% health 2 years, continous usage in hot country, always using roblox, youtube, heavy modded minecraft
Do you use it plugged in all the time?
@@david0411 never because i live in hot country so it will become hotter even when charging while not in use
@@PabloSan88 what method do you follow? Like 20% charge it and unplug it at 80% or what do you follow?
@@connectwithanandsuresh i charge till 100 then charge when it drops to 30
In your dreams maybe
i bought m2 pro 32gb after 6 months my battery percentage is approx 90% health, the day i bought it since I'm using it always on low power, 50% time using USB c display, how I'm 90% health approx 50 charge cycle, is something wrong with my device ?
Charge habits + letting discharge the device below 0 several times + full brightness on battery are the common problems like on your case
I didn't know any shit and after 123 cycles my battery is 90 😢
Contradictions in every new video...
Macbook air m1 2yr 90% battery health ideal
Not a bad video but kinda wasted my time not gonna lie
I always charge my m2 pro overnight and the OBC always works based on the battery graph it stops charging upto 80% until 5am.
Heluuu Arthurr😊
Or just have the limit to 80% feature like the ones from the aldente app or latest Apple Watch natively on Mac instead of installing aldente.
When you said don’t update after 3 years to keep power consumption low, you lost some credibility. Dumbest advice I have heard, ever.
Just buy a new device. lol.
The new MacBook pros have a battery life of 7-12 years. Just use it.
listened to 7 minutes worth of waffle and none the wiser about how to actually optimise battery usage - pretty useless video
My M2 pro is 1 year old and battery health is still a 100
What's your charging routine?
@@honeybuzzard2843twice or thrice a week but same now its at 97 percent all of a sudden it dropped 3 days ago😂
So it’s not accurate lol
Arthuur 😃
These types of video are not really helpfull. Like someone said, 80% sponsoring, 20% information and it is not enough. Shame on you. I think Al dente may be a real good solution
bro is yapping 90 percent of the video
"My M2 pro Macbook Pro" sounds so gay bro 😂
Lol wtf is wrong with you you use your phone for 1 year and expected to thr battery to be ata brand new condition batteries are gonna degrade overtime its not apple any battery it its stay at 99% after 1 years means that's damn good
😂😂😂 Honestly, just use your Mac as you need to and don't worry about it. If you end up needing to replace your Macs battery in a 3-5 years time, it's no big deal. Most Apple stores can replace a Mac battery within a few hours and it's easier/cheaper than its ever been, $150 - $250 (depending on the model). This video is ridiculous and in some parts just complete BS. You certainly do not need to replace a Mac after 3yrs lol....this guy doesn't have a clue what he is talking about 😅😅😂
MacBook just a tool, you should more care about how to use that to make more profit, if your care about more on battery or other parts of thing, you definitely dont need an Macbook
Thats the point! You can learn skills to earn dosens of macbook worth with this device.
The heck is this advise? Throw away your devices after 3 years and don’t update them. Wtf big dislike
Terrible video, just 11 minutes worth of sponsorships
bro you speak alot
Think he should do sign language instead? XD
