Thank you for this video! This has really helped me, to an extent. I have one question please: I open my computer, every time, and I am looking at a Windows 10 blue screen with the icons listed at the bottom of the screen. The icons I see vertically on the left side of the screen are NOT there, nor is a mouse-controlled icon there. I have to wait 10 minutes for the screen to go into "power save mode" and go black. THEN...I have to allow 2 minutes before I roll the ball on my rollerball mouse and THEN the full Windows 10 screen comes on! The mouse icon, the vertical icons on the left side of the screen and the icons on the bottom of the screen. I can also "force close" the computer 1 to 4 times to obtain the full function screen. Now, I right clicked the Windows icon on the bottom, left of the screen. I clicked on "Run" and typed "msconfig" in the search box. The exact screen, System Configuration, came up and the bottom choice, "Selective Startup" was activated. I clicked on "Load System Services" and "Load Startup Items," to DEactivate these options, BUT...the "Use original boot configuration" is grayed-out, so I cannot deactivate this option. I click "Normal Startup" but, with "Normal Startup" activated, "Selective Startup" is NOT activated BUT the THREE options for "Selective Startup" are STILL CHECKED! My main point, the NEXT TIME I start my computer, the "Normal Startup" is NO LONGER checked and the "Selective Startup" is reactivated. If you can understand this, please, what may I do about this? THANK YOU!!!
