Hi Avi,
I can’t speak for Brian, but if you ask me you should wear what you feel most comfortable with. I will say that you will get many looks from family, friends, etc, and it can make you uncomfortable at first, but after a while it subsides. I believe being well dressed sends a message to everyone you meet, and in my opinion you should never feel out of place if you are comfortable being you. Take care!
What Javi said! There is also something to be said for dressing for the situation. While it's always better to be overdressed as opposed to underdressed, I would always try to "read the room", so to speak.

Looks 1 and 2 are my favorite! Navy and grey are a timeless combo, and the texture of the tie in the second look complements the suit really well. Generally I am not a huge fan of wearing suit jackets as separates, but the third look is definitely an exception.

Hi Brian, I love your videos and your style. As an idea for one of your next videos, perhaps you could talk about he different types of fabric to make a suit. What are the differences between Shark skin, bird's eye, Hopsack, Flannel and when or what occasions to wear them? I am so confused. I need to buy a suit and I have most of the details sorted out except for the fabric.
It will be interesting to see what emerges sartorially speaking from the wreckage of the office shutdowns. How much will the bar be lowered by so many working from home at length? I have always been comfortably counter-culture but never anticipated that a well-fitted suit and tie might become the new apex. I will enjoy standing out for the right reasons. Hi, I have a bespoke flannel suit, and I want to pairr that flannel jacket with other brand's flannel pants (not a bespoke, but in a department store)
Obviously, it won't have the same texture as the jacket, but is it okay to wear a different brand's flannel pants with a flannel suit jacket?

Hey Brian, would you combine a silver colored tie bar with a golden Watch or golden cufflinks? Or silver colored cufflinks with a golden watch? Or for more casual outfits whats your opinion on pairing a silver or gold necklace with a gold or silver watch? The grey suit seems to have replaced the navy blue suit, as the "Go to Corporate Suit" during the last decade. Possibly because every "Wannabe" was wearing a dark blue suit, a white barrel cuff shirt along with either a plain blue or red tie, if you were targeting a career in Politics. But I really liked the range of shirts that you presented as alternatives to classic guidelines. Phil.

DO you think a navy blue suit or a grey suit is better for a first MTM/ bespoke suit? Maybe a grey suit with a navy blazer or a navy suit with grey pants etc.?
Not Brian but if you don't mind my two cents: IMO the gray still has that "corporate" connotation for me so I chose navy as my first bespoke.
Honestly though, you can't go wrong either way as they are both very versatile and would fit in to any situation really well! - Han
