Any way you guys could do a video on how to arm wrestle against opponents with big hands and long fingers? Specifically what a toproller/hooker should do against someone that wraps his fingers around the hand/wrist.
I trained 3 hours everyday for the last 4 days only backpressure and pronation, is this why my elbow is hurting? because there are elbow flexors that work in those movements? (taking a few days off to recover btw :D)

I attach my bands around my window frame in bedroom. I can open both windows and change height. Works really well

Great way to hang them is to buy a pull-up bar for like 20 bucks and then you've got a pull up bar and a place to hang it
My gym is closed,about to order a resistance band :( tho i don't think its as much effective
I have one that gives a maximum of 56.7kg resistance, it's great!
