2:54 I just got diagnosed with “significant” scoliosis, I’m twelve and 5’3 and I have growth spurts like every 3 months and this explains so much 😭. I’m a ballet dancer and it’s the same for me, since I grow so fast and have barely any strength, I can be great one week and awful the next lol
no way we got our brace on the same day i got it a year after you tho!! (edit) my brace is also like a tie die blue and my scoliosis doctor tells me the same thing as yours and does the same types of x-rays 🤣🤣
do you sleep in your back brace? because i just cant😭 its so uncomfortable for me i cant find any poses where its comfortable and i even have a body pillow
Yes, I sleep in my brace. Hmm, I usually would recommend a body pillow between your legs, but if that doesn’t work, then just try laying on your side and hug a stuffed animal so that it is more comfortable!
One thing is if they say to wear ur brace for a very little amount of time, they said that to me and my scoliosis got worse :/ so just keep a watch for that!

I’m 12 and I need it till 17 😭 at least I think so cuz I’m going to the doctors in December to see if we need surgery or continue with the brace
