    Shoutout to all the guys who love fab work and are able to help you out!! I'm looking right now to get a new front mount and tossing up between custom fab work and or a new HPD kit

    Nice and useful video. I have a Pajero. I hope you start modifying the exterior of the car, because I think that the Pajero has a weak ability to look more beautiful from the outside. Good luck to you 🇸🇦🇸🇦❤️

    When you mentioned a Pajero we don’t do that vehicle sorry mate
    Same here in Victoria . Try to limit how many joints you have on the high pressure side And rolling the aluminium ends to limit hoses blowing off.I have seen this before with aftermarket intercoolers kits. Sorry Dee a bit late with advice. But a great vid for new players.🇦🇺👍👍👍👍

      Yeah I should have said a Land Cruiser and they would’ve helped me😂 No that is fine, I kind of knew it was a risk boosting it with no rolled ends but luckily all sorted now 😊💯 Thanks anyway!

    Awesome vid. I will do this soon and so it is good to know the issues. I live in Goldy so will probs hit your fabricator up too. Just to confirm, with the hot side, you just kept with a combo of the original car hoses and some bits and pieces from your original eBay kit? Would you recommend better quality pipes/joins for the hot side rather than the eBay stuff? Cheers!

      @budget4x4life  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes mate correct it was only the cold side that needed this done 💯🔥 Honestly all it needed was rolled ends on the end of the pipes but because it gets cut you loose that anyway so I will buy the kit...buy proper silicone hoses and just get a fabricator to roll the ends🙂💯

      Thanks mate. So you are saying for the cold side I should just buy the eBay hose kit (like you did), but also buy proper silicone hoses. So then I would use the metal pipes from the eBay kit (I cut and then get rolled by a fab) but use better quality silicone pipes? You reckon this will hold if get a tune like yours with 20+ psi . Or u reckon full metal would just be safer/ more reliable for a tune

      @budget4x4life  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Green Yes correct just do it that way and it will be plenty strong😎

    I had major issues chasing hoses blowing off and ended up welding balls of weld on the ends now haven’t had a pipe blown off for 18 months now

      Haha yeah definitely needed the round ends to grip on to aye💯

    Do you have old parts/tubes lying somewhere, so you could get dimensions off them?

    • @budget4x4life

      @@budget4x4life That's a bummer. I was hoping to find existing hoses/pipes with beads based on your project.

    Sure budget option Is great .. but what a headache .. sometimes u have to weigh up what something costs vs what it's worth in your own time I'm not saying get someone else to do it for you, if you can then by all means, but at the least buy your car decent kit 🤷🏽‍♂️ it deserves it 😉

    • @budget4x4life
      @budget4x4life  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah for sure definitely like that with some things like my snorkel, for example, didn't want to do that by myself but with the intercooler kit it still worked great till I got more boost haha😄 I'm loving to work on the car and build things myself hence why I did it. Luckily all is fixed now and is working a treat🙃💯
