- Hey guys! In this episode, I show you guys the ins and outs of this upgraded head unit I have in my Pajero. It offers Android Auto and Apple Carplay plus awesome features. It's an excellent unit for what it is!

Factory Rear Camera is around 6.6v. So you need voltage adapter. Several options to do that.

Came across your channel this week and subbed. I haven't upgraded my head unit as yet but I was wondering if the factory rear view camera would work with the newer head unit.
Hey matey thanks for the sub😊 I mean...I am sure the wires will be very similar so just cut and rewire is what I would do...but not sure what the camera wire into the headunit looks like though...
Hi. Grt video and very informative. I am interested in a head unit for my Pajero 4 with Rockford Sound. As your comments are that this works well and you can recommend makes me very keen to order. Must I order the Canbus box for the Rockford and steering buttons. Only concern is that Isudar gets very poor reviews on Trust Pilot here in the UK.
Thanks a lot Pierre🙂 I am unsure which unit is suitable for the Rockford system. See if the Teyes models are available in the UK. The units are all very similar just differently branded I think💯
For anyone wondering, the best possible android brand is probably Teyes, they have units from cheaper 2gb to more expensive 6gb, the features they have and the speed of it crazy.
I love mine tho so can't say if Teyes is better or the same haha💯

Hey i also have a 2006 ns and i got some media controls for the steering wheel as it had a blank spot, got it in, wires were already there but unsure where to plug the head unit into them.. help!

Hey mate did you change your head unit yourself or get a mechanic? I have had some mechanics say to me it’s a bigger job or they can’t touch the head unit cause it has the blue top screen above the radio instead of the red little screen cause apparently they are different does that matter?
Hey matey. Previous owner did it himself. It is plug and play I have no idea what the mechanic is on about🤣 just make sure if you have rockford system that you buy vehicle specific one💯

How do you change change ringtone as mine also come from aliexpress .
When I get a phone call connected to car it has Chinese ringtone and I don't know how to change it.

Hey matey mine just has a ring to it...I have no idea how yo change it unfortunately. Somewhere in settings surely but probably best to check with the supplier themselves 🙂😜

I prefer to select a well known brand like Pioneer, Sony...

The reverse cameras we get here in Australia are junk.I have the same issues,intermittently it will not work on my kenwood head unit .Pain in the bum.🇦🇺👍👍👍👍

Hi there. I have a 2015 pajero exceed and my blue tooth indicates it’s connected but after the call is connected there is no sound. As if the mic is muted. Would you have any idea what is causing this. Kind regards Pete.
Mmm not sure unfortunately Pete...you could maybe try and reset the unit...unpair your phone...pair it again and give someone a call to see if it works? Hope it gets sorted mate 🙃💯

@@petermahon8343 try another phone and see of it is your phone or the system. Take it from there with the supplier if head unit isn't working...that's what I would do haha

did you get a wiring harness that fit the car, or did you have to buy it? I ordered for pajero 2007-2014 but the wires did not fit.

Thanks mate. I believe it comes with the headunit to make everything plug and play🙂💯 mine is a 2006. The previous owner installed it. I will ask him about it.
Yep he said plug and play so not sure why yours is different? Is your model in the same year or?

yes, just need to get the reversing camera working. I use a mirror when I reverse, but it would have been nice to have a camera when I have to connect a trailer :)

Some mods are some not. Just make sure you select the rockford compatible one 🙂

I look and i find only parkingsensor wire. I hope that the camera wire are inside the rubber cover near the back....thanks a lot

Hey Eddie did you get this issue sorted? I had that issue that an auto elec sorted, but now my fuel gauge only works half full while it actually is full?? I think I saw something about a blue wire. Trying to find that comment again

Hi yes I did there was blue wire that goes to the Speedo meter I’ve cut it off and it works fine now hopefully this will help you out.
How did you get your top screen Blue ? Instead of red ? Please.
Older models were blue newer red 🙂

Hay mate. Did you have any issues with your speedo not working after the install? I just fitted one and my speedo and trip computer has stopped working.

Only had one plug to plug in
@@Tjohnston81 nah from memory theres 2 and then signal cable...could be wrong but don't think it's just 1....there's a white and black...could actually be 3 tbh unless it was my dash cam cable but not sure
On my factory unit there is 2 plugs I to the back of the unit and then 1 to the factory race plate. But in the back of the new unit there is only a place for 1 plug

@@7raQat The Isudar and Teyes are the same. Some may have different interface or different buttons but they all made in China🙂💯 my advice is to get the one with the most ram and rom so that it's snappy. I love my Isudar😍🔥
