Condemnation isn't enough. The US needs to lift its restrictions on the usage of weapons if such attacks are to be prevented in the future. Ukraine currently has no means of preventing such attacks due to handicaps placed upon it. The question is: Does the US and NATO want Ukraine to survive this war or not? Be honest
Condemnation was not enough already back in 2014. This has gotten just absolutely ridiculous. Not only Ukraine needs to get everything it needs to get russians out of their territory, the entire free world has to clearly state the objectives of defeating this pure evil. Amazingly enough the evil did not come out of nowhere, it has been staring into the face of the whole world the entire time, Baltics and Eastern Europe tried to warn...
I am tired of so many words. I lose the belief in Western honesty on this. Some countries I believe, the Scandinavians, the UK, the Netherlands, Poland, the Baltics ...

Good behavior might save Ukrainian POWs and it may at least in part influence the perception of Ukrainian people. Even Russian fighters will be more willing to surrender if they recognize that giving up is a viable option compared to participating in a fight until death .. a fight in which some might not even participate in voluntarily.

Part of me thinks Ukraine should target the same facilities that russia targets. russia targets a hospital in Ukraine- Ukraine targets a hospital in russia. I know that would be wildly unpopular with the many countries supporting Ukraine, and the russian people largely will not know that russia targeted Ukrainian civilians, and will be told that Ukraine attacked their civilian institutions unprovoked.
