It’s obvious that Ukraine has brought very creative and imaginative tactics to their ‘war games’. War rule books will need to be edited to include these very progressive approaches. Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦😊❤
The Ukrainian armed forces, as the Colonel points out, are very inventive in circumventing some of Russia's superiority in manpower, weaponry, and logistics. This is classic assymetric warfare, and in many cases seems to be working. I disagree that "morale is everything" in warfare. It is however a significant factor. I would say that morale is a "deficiency need". If you don't have it, no amount of sophisticated weaponry or superior numbers can overcome the deficiency, but if one's forces have great unity of fighting spirit and high morale, one can overcome a significant measure of materiel and manpower resources, especially with drone warfare capability. It's potentially the wild card that can turn the tide when most other factors are relatively equal. The Russian forces at this point in the conflict must be suffering a great degradation of morale and motivation. They are not defending their homeland or a positive set of patriotic national principles. At least some of them must have a sense by now that they are fighting at the whim of a corrupt and dictatorial warlord in Vladimir Putin, and asking themselves whether that is enough of value to lose one's life for. Advantage Ukraine.
I think the Russians have high morale. To them this is existential war while for most of NATO it is not as evidenced by Hungarian and Slovak leadership. And to some Ukrainians they wanted peace that is why they elected Zelensky but the warmongers torpedoed it
the Russians had only one mobilization of 300 thousand people - don't you think that's not enough? In Ukraine, mobilization has never stopped. Who has more losses? And what do you think - is it possible to capture the country with such small forces? And then what is Putin's real goal? Maybe he's already said that? The neutral status of Ukraine without NATO? And yes, you have already forgotten that he has been saying this since the age of 18 .
Take with a giant grain of salt. This channel is notorious for sensationalizing thumbnails concerning this war. We won't see any real change for quite some time. Despite what they're trying to say. Russia is known for attrition warfare, which is what this war is. The main fear should be about NATOs staying power in regard to funding this proxy in the long term.
This really seems like some wishful thinking. While it's obviously ridiculous that Ukraine has been restricted from engaging targets in Russia, and it's an improvement that they now can in limited areas, that doesn't change the game. Russia has pounded Ukraine for the duration of the war. It has not collapsed command structures, halted industrial output, or broken morale. It's not realistic to think this has significantly shifted the balance. Much, much more supply needs to be combined with rational rules of engagement in order to make a collapse occur.

One of best interview I've heard, and very encouraging. Thank you both!
The Time’s Word Howitzers are booming!
This
Perhaps, but the trend is in the direction of more supply combined with rational rules of engagement.
Russia is destroying Ukraine's economy and gaining territory inch by inch. Very slow gain but its still a success.

Because you have only been seeing and hearing things out of Russia that only the Party allows. Di you know that there is no free press I Rusdia. Do you know that most Russians don't know about the war In Ukraine because they are not allowed to broadcast it. If this war continues and Putin continues to rattle the nuclear sabre, we will see on TV news that Putin "hung himself" outside Red Square. There are lots of oligarchs who have lost their fortunes that the had in Europe as a result of the war and they are greatly unhappy to say it mildly.
