With Season 3 in Apex Legends comes a lot of updates to the weapons. A new hop up called Double Tap has turned the G7 Scout into a slaying machine! This might just be the new best gun in Apex Legends, especially with nerfs to some of the other top-tier weapons. This is also my first Crypto win!

I too find it extremely bothering when they have building that are 20 stories or even just two and you can only access one floor 😂
Less camping opportunities
It would suck if you couldn't find the last guy of the last squad because he was just camping on one of the 10 floors and you would have to check them all 😂 I think it's better this way

I feel like I've been caught by circle way more times than on King's Canyon. Is that just me?

yeah it'd definitely be bad thing if the buildings were 10 stories and people could camp in there late game for like 10 minutes straight. It'd add way too much sq footage to a map that's already huge

First experience with this new map is that it's great, however cos KC was small, a lot of teams focus on combat still instead of getting into the zone, which catches bare people out

Jake Hewitt not really, he’s very strategic. Also very good at crowd control if your teammates are down before you. Plus he’s just fun to use overall
Caustic is fun, and still good. Gotta stick to the buildings though as much as possible.

i have almost 100 kills on pathfinder. i now have 98 and have delat 19000 damage about

Just played the new map for a little over 4 hours and I have to say I miss the old map already lol this map feels too big. I did get a win though and my highest kill game so far so cant complain

The scout is more versatile with range so I personally prefer it over the Eva with double tap unless I have a sniper already but sometimes I have the G7 and another sniper, R99 and scout w/tap is my fav.
I mean a gun can be good and you can not like it 🤷🏼♂️ personally I didn’t like the longbow when it was poppin right before season 3 but I still thought it was good

You know what? Watching you has actually made me a better player. Today I got 8 wins in a single match - which my team won - and then I proceeded to get a second win in the same day with 4 kills. I imitate your playstyle as I’m not much of a battle royal player and I’ve gotten much better.

The g7 with the new hop up is crazy it shreds. g7 with R99 is my favorite combo this season.

The scout has been one of my favorite guns since apex came out, really underrated, glad it is getting some attention! Also great gameplay as always Rich!
Rich will:create crypto gameplay, he will drop a 20 bomb
But most importantly,he will see you in 5 and a half seconds
Haven't tried it on the G7 but the double tap on the EVA8 is fantastic. Throw on a purple bolt and it kills really fast.

you grind tremendously! not many people know how hard it is to do what you do
Best place to use it is literally everywhere, i know he just came out but people need to play him as more of a scout and recon rather than so aggressive. You can be aggressive with him but it's best in more of a medium to close range to keep the on your enemy or as like a motion senor came in really tight places
His EMP range is pretty great it's large enough to hit a while building in done in the middle

Charge gun is fucking wild! This season is dope. Octane is of high value with the amount of ground he can cover in such a short time with the map being spaced out more.

I think respawn should randomize the map choice, instead of having one map, maybe make it so you have a 50% chance to get each.
Yeah, I think it's a mistake to remove kings canyon altogether. They are probably worried about splitting the shrinking player base between two maps.

I sat there eide eyed the whole time you had the G7 Scout. And your one of the best youtubers and apex players ive ever seen.

It's legit the only thing that keep me from rage when I play
I think the secret to stop raging is to play conservatively. Come back and play after you have done something else. It lets you calm down and try to learn from your mistakes during this time of rest. Its going to put quality over quantity because although you are playing less games every game you play from now on will have more focus and precision. It's like spraying and praying hoping you got your opponent vs focusing your aim, positioning and shooting and running when you need to and push if you have to. Some games you will have 2 kill wins and some games you will have 20 kills. I learned this when I was watching some of ninja's stream and he was getting only 5-6 kill wins in fortnite but he only uploads the games where he gets high kills. It takes patience and trial and error to get those high kill games. It's not going to happen every couple of games. Sometimes it happens every couple of days. Once you learn how to keep pacing yourself then start to feel how you play for those 20 kill games and then capitalize on that feeling. It's like eating healthy. If you eat healthy for 20 days but decide to eat junk food on the 21st day you might be tempted to give up being healthy because of the guilt but the truth is it happens. We all mess up sometimes. It's human nature. Part of life. What you should do on that 22nd day is keep eating healthy. Don't let it get you down. Hopefully I could help somebody with this post. I have anger problems too.

Using the alternator with a light mag and an eva 8 with the double tap is one of the most disgusting set ups I've ever used in apex. I was melting people with it.

If u go to the ice place u can get easy purple armor because it has high tier loot when I my teammates went there we all got purple armor

Love the Scout double tap mod. That gave my team and myself a well fought win
I love this map and am really excited that respawn did this. Its huge and feels new everytime i play. Also i wonder if the lava is gonna ruin it in a season or 2 hence the name "meltdown" forcing us into another planet map or something.

S3 has been challenging. It has going to be a lot getting used to. I have been chronically low on shields, meds and ammo for literally the entire season. The new gun has been great though, I really like it.
