There are teachers, clerics, professional therapists and spiritual counselors and prison guards that all have jobs where you are commanded to a higher calling. In other words, there is a public trust given to act ethically and when the offender has a tryst with the public trust it is only logical that dire legal consequences result.

As a member of the public, I don’t give af if a prisoner has a tryst with a guard. As long as the guard isn’t letting them out, why should I care?
