I’m in the process of doing the same setup for my RX8. This information will probably help someone: Rear/inner pinion bearing koyo ST4190 ford part number 6L2Z-4625-AB. Also if you disassembled the differential reuse the pinion bearing shim to get you very close on pinion depth.
@@puddymod well? Years of experience as well!....I could buy every tool in the world and not replicate your work! Ben what's the best treat for a diff? Is Redline diff fluid your recommendation??
Clean work! Kitteh approved!

Im using the Exploder 8.8 in an LS swap FD3S. You can get harder poly front bushings for the 8.8 to match like a Powerflex Black rear bushings.
I gave the guy the differential without bushings. He is putting in his own what I believe will be solid bushings. Thank you for letting me know. :-)
The Cat!
I know lol
Gotta have help from Dunkin !

Do you know somewhere in central FL who would be willing to install a Ford 8.8 conversion kit into an S2000? I don't think John at LHT wants to do it.
I’m not sure sorry

What tool did you use to separate the bearing ?
I use a bearing separator and an arbor press.
