5 things:
1. I didn't know what fanfic was bc my small brain couldn't comprehend/accept things outside of what is canon in media. But I was on Tumblr so that was my first unintentional read of fanfic
2. My first ever fanfic read was because my best friend at the time was writing Harry Potter fanfic but because I wasn't part of the fandom, I didn't understand anything I was reading.
3. I probably read HSM Troyella/Zanessa fanfic at some point but I don't remember any of it. I was 10000% obsessed with them tho. my password at some point was Zanessa4ever.
4. I feel like I was "told" that I was asexual/demisexual at some point bc I never experienced being sexually attracted to anyone. (ie the idea of sex was terrifying/unappealing to me). I researched it quite a bit about being asexual but it never really resonated with me. I then realized that my aversion to sex is bc of purity culture trauma vs me being queer. 😬
