Exceptionnelles les entrées graduelles des musiciens, l’ouverture de la guitare baroque, le crescendo de la percussion qui s’ajoute, puis l’arrivée du violoniste qui crée un angle aérien très raffiné et de grande qualité. Tout cela culmine avec les castagnettes et la danseuse qui avec ses talons autoritaires vient battre la mesure et tout centrer autour d’elle.

Flamenco is much more than a baroque dance... In it there are many cultures..., which began to mix long before the Baroque... In it, for example, there is also Indian culture... You just have to watch the video I share to know that flamenco would not have been born without the gypsy people. Flamenco (both dance and singing) has undeniable Indian roots. Although other cultures also contributed to flamenco.

The fact that this was written by a catholic priest in the 17th century makes it even more interesting. Its was considered very immoral at the time to make this kinda music.
