@@itsaboutcarsyt Selenia K Pure Energy 5W-40 Multiair. 😄
go with Bardhal Technos C60 or with bit cheaper Motul X clean, oil must be C3, much, much better oil than PE Selenia, and of course don't wait 25.000-30.000 km to change oil, every 10 k and you and your multiair unit will sleep like a baby
So I'm looking to buy a Mito myself. I owned a Citroën C1 for years now and that was a rational and economic decision, which was a good decision during college. So I'm curious, this video is from 2 years ago and I see some reactions about reliability from 1 year ago, has your oppinion changed since then or would you still recommend the car? Cheers!
Hey, still running and loving the car so far. I had the same story owning a Corsa previously as an economic decision haha. The Mito was the overall compromise between sporty hot hatch and cheap to run insurance wise (in Germany at least). It's reliable as long as the multiair doesn't fail. The rest is just normal stuff that could happen to any car, nothing specifically related to the Mito itself - check my other recent videos and you'll get the idea
This is a serious question. There is a big sound difference, but that difference is in other terms than I thought in the first place. I will make a video about the Mito again as soon as I have my videos about my roadtrips ready (coming soon), to compare the mod to the original version. But I can say this much: it's definitely not the same as before.
I have a very clean mito i paid 10k for. Brown leather seats. The engine is a 1.4l 135hp tjet engine The colour is grey with light grey mirrors. with the seats and the colour combo, it's just a pice off art. I came to a car meet for alfas here in Norway alot off people loved my car. The mito it's a very Nice car😀
Hi, I’ve just come across your channel because of your Mito, I also own a mito haven’t had it for too long and I’m wondering if you enjoy owning it and what modifications you have done to yours.
I really do enjoy owning it, its very suprising how much fun it is to drive even stock. Havent done much yet except the ragazzon exhaust including the rear cover, but once i have the time ill look into modifying it performance wise
ItsAboutCars yup definitely agree with you there it is a great car to drive, I have a hornet back box on mine currently was thinking about changing it up however, do like the way yours looks with that exhaust do you like how it sounds with it
So far I would recommend the car if you can maintain it yourself. Multiair vehicles require a yearly oil and filter exchange. And be sure to use the correct oil. There is a multiair dedicated oil from Selenia. If you go without multiair there shouldn't be anything significantly more unreliable than in other cars. Since I am doing everything myself I always see things that I want to swap or make better even though it wouldn't be necessary.
@@charavts4442 I bought one year ago. It's really amazing car. The only problem I faced was the power steering. I had a problem at the steering column and it's fixed. Rather than that is unique looking and fun to drive.
ItsAboutCars I am buying tomorrow 1.4 155 if it is all good with it. From where in Germany are you? I live near Frankfurt but I moved there 2 years ago.
@@str6905 multiair seems to fail sooner or later, but the car has 99tkm on the clock now and several preowners. Guess it wasn't properly looked after enough. The rest is just smaller things, like a small coolant hose leak, one driveshaft joint so far etc. Things you'd expect from other cars as well
Ok e36 316i is disappointing….. i owned one and is 🥲🥲🥲 very disappointing….. the 6cylinder version of the e36 on the other hand is like day and night difference…. Now i own an e36 328i and it’s one of the best cars I’ve driven….😝😍 The check engine light on the Alfa it’s because the car is sitting and trying to figure out it’s system again…. Very normal on a 10 year old car Also I believe the Alfas of that era are ver very reliable!!
