Her Cornerstone the Jade gives her the power to look inside your soul and see what it is that you desire and she has the power to make your desires come true just like a Genie, HOWEVER, At a cost, usually the cost would be what is most dear to you, an example is if someone wanted to be super lucky and rich in gambles she could grant that for you however anyone you care for would forget you exist and you won't be able to use the money for anyone you hold dear or ever make any friends (Actual lore example that happened, and no its not adventurine), anyway the chains around the heart is their heart as she chains the heart desire in contract, in those people in the video case she took their souls as payment, hence they are her slaves and are bound to her will.
