In the specific instance you were looking at (the description for Rondo) it is referring to IX the Nihility, and implying that Izumo’s history ended because IX swallowed them up.
I dont really watch many lore video's but my favorite was by Nezzy_HSR about Emperor Rubert II, really interesting character connected to the Genius Society (Herta, Ruan Mei, Screwllum), Intellitrons (Screwllum says hi again), Aurumatons (Aurum Alley President) and most any machinery. Bro.. You should react to HI3 Animations and lore. I will tell you.. That.. As a HI3 player.. Knowing the story of HI3.. Makes HSR like.. 100% better. A non player of HI3 will never be able to understand the exilerating feeling of when HI3 characters gets Exps.. Like acheron. And espicially with amphoreus . Also... With the appearance of sparkle in HI3.. They are connecting the games.

The concert animated commercial is just that, an animated commercial made for Star Rail Live which is an HSR themed concert for our real world, it's a silly non-canon animated short that has nothing to do with the overarching story of HSR or placed anywhere in the timeline. Robin's Myriad Celestia has nothing to do with it, nor are those kids from Belobog Underworld. Remember the HSR Universe is vast, spanning more than just the planets we had visited in the game so far. Robin's Myriad Celestia is basically a glimpse of her volunteer work, going to war torn worlds, and doing what she can to help the civilians caught in the crossfire.
