It's got elements that are cohesive and other elements seem like they just throw things together and hoped for the best😂! I would move that swimming pool further back.

Looks more like a renovation than an original….there is no seamless flow and blending in of texture and colour….feels like the interior decorators were overwhelmed by the “sheer” size and volume of the spaces….This is a home and ought to feel like it and not a hotel like the presenter felt. My two bob's worth….Enkosi👏🏿
Now this is what I mean by exclusivity. This magnificent mansion is unlike anything we've seen. I love the combination of steel, wood, concrete and exposed bricks. The tranquillity is unmatched. You'd swear it's at Blair Athol. A fantastic tour by Melanie and well-captured by you Xavier. Amazing work!!

From outside I thought 35m is a bit over priced, like Melanie mentioned the outside doesn’t tell enough story.
The industrial and earthly design works beautiful.
