Oh wow! What a beautiful place this is. I can imagine the peace of mind among the residents. It's so tranquil. I love everything about this estate and currently working day and night so that I can reside there in the near future. Thank you for clearing up the 99 year lease as well. I can't wait for the second video. I wish to the Equestrian Estate as well if possible.

Funny you mention this, today we visited a fabulous modern house in Helderfontein and will hopefully be bringing it to the public soon. Why not your the estate at the same time, let’s do it:)
Stunning place but why no sidewalks?
Many pathways in the parks stretching kilometers of walking and cycling trails, I think they didn’t show from the car. Also sidewalk on the main road 😀

We drive on the left side of the road and the steering wheel is on the right, if that helps

3.5 percent for the estate for what day light robbing . u need to wait for 99 years
Hi, keep in mind the buyer does not pay transfer costs so that’s a massive saving. We can also help you unpack the 99 year lease and get comfortable with it 😀
@@LuxLivproperties the 3.5 percent its allot especially when the houses start to cost over R10 mill more than the transfer cost , second thing even if you can buy a stand and build an expensive house
it will mean that more money for the estate of your hard earned cash when you Sell the house yet they did not contributed a cent for you when you Build.AM not Bashing you but the Estate Law which is unfair to the house owners.
@@Afro_15 we hear you, the reason why we give in depth explanations to the potential buyers so they are fully aware of their costs and legalities. Just a small correction, there is no transfer cost payable over and above the 3%, only conveyancer fees so there is a saving of over 10% there 👍
