The homeowners really love Ndebele artwork. Also spotted a MaXhosa (the designer brand) rug and cushions (even a robe in the Master en-suite bedroom). Stunning home.

Learn to give the reigns when you are behind the camera Xavier allow your colleagues to show the house and its features, a bit of scripting would also help focus your videos and also show the full details of the houses make use of b roll footage for emphasis of key details and keep the video steady

100% - Working with different agents all the time on their listings (some good at what they do; some not as much) isn’t the easiest of things to do.
Whilst I grow by adapting & implementing suggestions given to me, not all agents are open to the above suggestions, they think it’s “too fake”, or too much of an effort to do. I’m already glad they’re somewhat dressed up at times!
That’s some of the upsides / downsides of not working with the same agent or presenter all the time who could hone their skill🤔

Whoever built this house grew up poor you can tell in the excessive (for me/my opinion) art decore (which is amazing by the way, That Porsche exhaust backbox innthe man cave is flippen brilliant😢😢) i can feel what he went through in life, he/she wanted rewrite their story with this house, show everyone that its a new life for them, a new beginning...... Very inspiring i learnt a few things in this episode Sub Zero and Wolf, Blueline kitches omw😮 and those couches in the cinema room are soo Soweto,😂 reminds me of my grandmother....Now i really want to build a house of my own. Il give yoy guys a call when im done😅

And the ‘Soweto couch’ is top of the line French design furniture. Easily R500,000 for that cinema furniture alone. Plus similar price for the upstairs pajama lounge setup😳
No necessarily reading them.... It's an observation, the amount of things in the house for me is overwhelming unless it was acquired over time then that's something else.... It's a beautiful home none the less. I take my hat off to him/her.... I've jotted down a few ideas as well. I'm a huge car fanatic and collector so I need the space for a huge heated garage with double stack lifts to atleast fit 20-40 cars
