This is what I'm talking about a proper house with enough cars space, his n her cave, gym with sonar, enough space for walk in closet for His n hers, with spacious bedrooms with its own full bathrooms, kitchen and chef's one so that we don't smell fish while on a sitting room if they cook...entertainment area well positioned the finishing are superb...it's a home as you have enough kids outside play area and the two swimming pools outside plus the inside one...this is one of the few best homes I've viewed so far...I say Yes Yes Yes to this home in a 5000 square meters in a very secured estate with schools there and filling station just on the entrance and cozy shopping center on R55 easy access to N1, to big malls...

It's only when you start watching Enes Yilmazer property tours, when you begin to notice just how truly mediocre and rushed the majority of these other tours are...I'm not even trying to be rude or anything. The quality difference is just LEAGUES apart. This tour did this mansion a disservice.

Said this two years ago about this house... it is too expensive for its location, position in the estate and size of the grounds. I love the home, it has the best interiors I've seen in a South African house, but it'll be on the market for a very long time. It's not worth anything over R40 million to be quite honest.

The finishing is no doubt impressive, having said that .. 3 things come to mind ..
1. Using so much glass, how much levels of privacy do you have ?
2. What is the running/ maintenance cost of this home .. say yearly? (Is it eco friendly? Borehole/solar/own water treatment etc)
3. The design is quite niche and seems it’s personalised to the owner (I saw Mk mulitple times), if sold, a lot of detailing will need to be done .
It’s a beautiful house no doubt, definitely out of the league of many. Hope it’s continuously enjoyed by either the current owner’s or future owners.

@@tintswalobaloyi8540 No it’s not , with 110 million you can build a hotel here in South Africa . Properties on our estate range from about 2-4 million for 1 hectare or half a hectare . And people spend around 5-10 million building their homes here and then they sell it for an extra 5-10 million . It happens a lot here. I live right across this guy at 9 starling lane , his house is “6 starling lane” and his house is slightly bigger than ours but our Valuation was 21 million. So I really don’t know why he priced it at 110M and that’s excluding transfer costs of about 10 million

The house is alright. Yes, alright. Definitely not 100mill worth. Too many members of the design team trying to get their idea in, and just ends up presenting more as a boutique hotel than a private residence, least of all worth R108mill. Too many palettes fighting to make it onto the canvass. Maybe that's why the price keeps going down.

Waterfall equestrian, Stellenbosch, Constantia, Sandhurst, Clifton, Llandudno, bishopscourt, have some serious home demanding 200 - 300 mil.
