From the Formula, the bust point for a bust of 54” should be 14.5inches or you can also take measurements

Bust size 39 is full/ quite big and I think bust 38 as well, so use 4inches.
For bust 37, 36,35… downward, use 3inches.

You will have to measure to know this or you can add 9inches from your waist to get the hip line/point
