@BassManBobBassCovers I have a garage built ebike running 4 Dewalt 20v batteries that I have gotten pretty close to 60mph. If I lift the back tire up it spins at 72mph. I'm 210lbs

Careful on the sidewalks, man. I am getting flashbacks to 70 mph on a sidewalk at 16. Love this setup though, just not sure I would put it on a Suron with so many options these days, but I understand it's still the most popular choice.
That bullet train sound is wild! Be careful that wheel may not be rated for speed and wham. One time I put a cd on a dremel and when it started to speed up it rained plastic glass... Thanks for sharing!!!

Aerodynamics will help, motorcross lid is a wind break, full face road helmet, nothing protruding off your suit or bike, even a small screen to tuck behind will add mph.

based! I just got torp motor but Im using EBMX X9000 controller, once my fork is done Ill start doing range comparison vs stock motor, hopfully new torp motor can give few extra miles.

Didn't the BAC controller on the stock motor make the 25-26 hp as well? To me this just show how incredible the BAC 8000 is as a controller. To do a motor, controller and battery swap and have gained 3% hp really show the power of the old controller.
Yes but the limiting factor isn't the controller really. It's more in the battery. And you have to realize that this is turning 12k rpm instead of 8k. Different reasons for these motors/controllers. Not all about a power figure.

At those speeds the rear tyre expands slightly. That's why the speedometer on the bike reads lower then the gps.

not to mention it's battery mount just hold ing on with tape and no side cover, imagine the bike falls on the side direkt impact with the cells... that "tommebike" is definetly NOT safe to ride, maybe on perfect flat surface but nothing else.

you need todo the 85 front end conversion that way you have 2 front brakes and real dirt bike brakes
I have a dual brake setup. but for speed runs I just use regen and run less mass.

Very cool, but why phone GPS? Need to use a Garmin. I find noticeable differences on my motorcycle between the two.
It's reading from my VBOX sport. I do also have a Garmin.

I'm thinking about purchasing a E Ride Pro SS. Do you know anything about them? I have heard that out of the box they are better than a Sur Ron. It's a lot of money just not sure about pulling the trigger..

Congrats, this is huge! Really curious, why did you go with you current battery over the more mainstream 72v EBMX variants? AFAIK they are the only ones who use pouch cells instead of cylindrical cells which allow them to have greatly reduced voltage drop under load among other beneficial electrical characteristics. Their new 72v "Race" battery can apparently put out 360a peak discharge for 51 seconds until cut off
Until i see any real tests to prove these claims using a Sur ron, i stick with the batteries i trust. It's proven time and time again to be the best. Period.

Great job dude! That is sick. What temperature is your battery before a dyno run? Guy who runs the fastest electric dragster in the world has the best results at 120 degrees. A difference of 10 degrees can cost a large performance loss
