I didn't understand at first what you were doing with the washi tape -- I saw you take a print of just plain color, and I thought, "Oh, dear, she's messed up, she didn't put down anything else on the gelli plate!" And then you did the leaves on the second color, and I thought, "Well, that's nice, but still, why do you need the washi tape? If the edges don't line up it's not that big of a deal." And then you removed the leaves and did a third pull to get the texture of the leaves, and I realized the genius of your process. Wow. Just wow! Those came out so beautifully! And I loved seeing your finished projects!

I was all set up to do gel prints with leaves and was looking at one of my art groups on FB, when I came across your posting regarding gel printing with leaves. I thought, why not, perfect timing. I was so happy to see your informed tutorial, as you answered all the questions that I had. I was going to give it a try and see how they would turn out. Now I will be going in there with some confidence. Thanks so much Teresa, greatly appreciated. Excellent tutorial.

I love that you showed us what you did with the ones you weren't as happy with- even things that didn't turn out "right" can still be used- and make lovely backgrounds to add a pop of color. I'm inspired, and I feel like this lowers the bar so that any 'mistakes' I make while I'm learning aren't wasted. Thank you!

I LOVED the prints & the projects made with them, not to mention the helpful tips, such as the WASHI tape hinge & the ways to use perfect & not so perfect prints. I was even inspired by the colour choices, as you showed some I never thought to try, such as the purple with the very dark colour & every single one turned out amazing. Thank you for this fantastic video.
