Your singing bowls have a very big effect on me ! This the first time I got scared of meditation. I think I have to fight this fear while meditating to understand why I’m scared listening to your musical bowl. Something was very wrong awhile ago which is not usual to me when I meditate . But anyhow, thank you so much.

There are two ways: go into your fear (after all, it is only in your head and means that you need to clear yourself of it), or just change the music. If you feel that the music is really uncomfortable for you, then just turn on other music. It's normal that all people are different and different music is good for them. Thank you🙏🏻🧡
