This was a hilarious stream if you saw it in it's entirety. Vinny nearly asphyxiated himself because he couldn't stop laughing, it was magical. You really had to be there to really experience the hilarity of this stream.
1:11 It took me watching this like 5 times to realize that that car "strafing" weirdness is intentional - developers have tried to reduce graphics load by swapping 3d cars with 2d images at greater distances. It's just an interesting idea executed horribly wrong (not enough distance, not enough images) :P

vinesauce I'm pretty sure that the FOV was that low simply because the development team was so incompetent in optimising that they cranked the FOV to 30 degrees in an attempt to hide it.
flashmozzg That's actually how the game looked, I was watching the stream. But I did notice that the hud in the bottom left hand corner is cut away. It kinda looks like the game might have been zoomed in, as if the FOV wasn't bad enough.

Historical Agricultural Simulator's FOV makes me want to vomit ground-up binoculars and liquified pig trampolines.
Is there any specific reason for why the screen is so zoomed in during the archiculture stream bits?
